ʚ Terms of Service ɞ

Acceptance and Rejection Policy:
• I retain the discretion to decline a commission that is inconsistent with my values, creates discomfort, or does not align with my current ability.

Turnaround Time:
• The commission can take from one to four weeks.
• The turnaround countdown starts when the commission is marked as "IN PROCESS" on Trello.

Deadline Requests:
• If you specify a deadline for the commission, the priority fee will be from 20% up to 70% depending on the urgency, as I will prioritize your commission over others.

Payment Structure:
• All payments are upfront except for commissions that exceed 300 USD, where the payment will be split 50-50.

Cancellation and Refund:
• A commission can be canceled as long as the payment has not been made, and the drawing/painting process has not started.
• There is no possibility of a refund unless I am the one who cancels the commission during the process.

Specificity and Changes:
• It is necessary to be specific in the form. If there are more than 4 changes during the sketching process (by client's request), the price will increase by 10% for each change.
• Once the painting process has started, major changes cannot be made.

Personal and Comercial use:
• By stating that the commission is for personal use, you affirm that you will not profit from the image in any way.
• The price for commercial use will be discussed, with a minimum of an additional 50% of the original price, which may be higher depending on the extent of its distribution.

Shipping info ! :
• I ship the commissions once I finish a batch (5 slots).
• More than 190+ countries are covered!
• If you selected a shipping option, after finishing the commission, I will ask for this information: full name/legal entity, address, city/state/country, postal code, email adress, and phone number.
• I won't use any personal information provided by my clients for purposes beyond shipping the commission(s).
